Subject: RE: DOT compliant?

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

farmerbk - 7/11/2020 06:39 sounds like most of the makings of a DOT compliant trailer you noted brake lights, does it have brakes? Conspicuity tape? License? front and rear fenders? I do have a DOT compliant header cart, and have pulled it on the interstate without problems. I also know folks that have ran their 'non-compliant' carts as well. Most likely not a problem unless you have a problem. Biggest problem I have with my cart is if the front wheels get into a groove, the tracking ability of the cart falls fast! good luck bryon

No brakes
No license plate
No fenders

yes, on DOT reflective tape
