Mid-Missouri | Black line 1 only had two strands of copper left. Smaller white wire was completely burned in two, not sure what it does. I suppose they were shorting to the external green ground.
Guessing it was an installation error and some of the wire insulation was damaged? On a related note, when I pulled the wiring down and out, water ran out of it for a while. Hiw normal is that? This is a double external insulated wire with aluminum foil shield. | |
