Central Nebraska | Hey guys I’m looking for online classes/resources that can help me learn to hedge risks and the tools available to me as a farmer when it comes to marketing my grain. I know threads have been made with people sharing books etc. they have read, I even purchased the art of grain merchandising and got about halfway through before I realized it’s not for me...way too geared toward how elevators operate. I guess I’m looking for an interactive online class I can take be it through a university or otherwise. Or I would like a textbook that is geared specifically to the farmer who owns the physical commodity.
When people talk about puts/calls and all the different contract options available it makes my head spin. Thanks for any help guys! | |
