Can you double check your figures ,,, 18x40 is 720 sq feet.... no where near 20000sq ft...? maybe just a typo? I have a 10kw tracker in the yard, just guessing I'd say its 12x20 in size, 16 panels I believe. I get -+ 16-18,000 Kwh per year out of it. a 300kw install would be HUGE.
