The rotary screen doesn't have to come off to do brush, but it does have to be slid over a few inches to drill rivets out. The aspirator is attached to air filter housing, a separate tube going to the muffler hooks to it, take it off, separate the pieces and wash it out thoroughly, also need to check the aspirator pipe to make sure it isn't blocked, my 8120 has ran hot cutting wheat in June and July since I owned machine. While cutting wheat 2 weeks ago I could only stay at 85% or less hp or Temp would climb. I had a radiator hose that started leaking and I had to make a quick fix, I used plain water as opposed to antifreeze and the combine never went over 180 degrees since. I would suggest not having any more antifreeze than you absolutely need for your area, and 2 bottles of water wetter will make a tremendous difference in cooling these machines. It seems case needed more radiator.
