Midwest | You need to find a good CPA to review on what is the best road to take. Not all CPA's are the same even though they passed the test. Some just fill out the forms and some will do some business analysis which is what you need. Do some looking around for one with some experience with your situation and have him project some scenarios for tax efficiency and your financial needs. good luck.
