| Has anyone taken down an existing pole barn to rebuild at a different site? The barn has a ton of sentimental value to me. (Grandpa’s) You guys know the story...house and barns will be lost in sale and I’ll be out an equipment shed. What I imagine doing is pouring cement and putting new frame posts but using the remaining of the barn. It’s in very good shape still, it’s my gpa’s and we will lose it if we don’t go down this road. Something else I wondered is how feasible would it be to make a cold storage shed into a heated shop considering I would be starting from scratch in a sense. Would have to raise it as I believe it’s only 16’. Thanks everyone | |
