SW MI
Skinned, gutted, no head, no leaf lard, hanging weight is 66ish%. Take home, freezer pork weight is pretty close to 50% of live weight.

The industry standard carcass weight of 73% is the carcass with the skin, head, leaf lard and kidneys still hanging on the hog.
