Subject: RE: Honda Pioneer or Can Am Defender

Eastern Arkansas
Polaris Ranger's are the biggest piece of junk ever put out. Our local Can-Am dealer is the largest one in the country, in a small town in Eastern Arkansas. They can barely keep Defenders in stock because all of the farmer's are trading in Rangers for them. I have had 2 Rangers and could not keep either one going. The only time they worked 100% was when I loaded them on the trailer bringing them home when I bought them. They are not built for Eastern Arkansas mud and rice fields. I'm sure putting around a pasture they are fine, but for real work me nor any one I know has had much success with them. The Defenders are so new the jury is still out on long term reliability but so far I am very impressed.

For the love of god even if you don't get a Can Am or Honda please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET A POLARIS.

As far as Commander vs Pioneer, my dealer is both a Honda and Can Am dealer. He told me the Defenders outsell the Pioneers 10 to 1.
