Polaris Ranger, biggest and best.....

I'm not here to defend the Polaris but we got a Ranger the second year of the 900 to add to our Honda atv used on the farm. It has built fence, fed cows in the winters, packed a 100 gallon sprayer mainly running around as a spot sprayer, hauled deer and elk out of canyons for multiple hunters every year, and just thoroughly abused as a farm vehicle packing a lot of weight in big hills. It has been to the dealer about 3 times over the years only for recalls, no other service ever. It has only had regular service and getting about ready for the third set of tires. I'm glad we got a good one compared to some of the horror stories I hear. We have no reason to trade yet so it has been our one and only side by side.

As far as new I would pick the Can Am over the Honda. It looks to be a little bigger and powerful workhorse than the Honda. The only Honda I would consider is the 1000. The 700 would be great if it had the transmission of the 1000.
