Subject: corn fungicide product decision

northeast iowa
Was complaining about corn prices and decision whether to spray fungicide, and the cost of fungicide with my chemical rep.. Her recommendation and solution was to try 5 oz of propicon, and 6 oz of tebucon. total cost of around $5 per acre. She said, " do a side by side, and you will not see any difference". Shoot holes in this idea versus a top of the line, name brand fungicide. I don't need to pay for advertising, but if I spray, I do want results. North Iowa area, main targets are northern corn leaf blight, GLS, and sometimes some tar spot.
