ND | Up here one reservation near us it doesn't seem to matter depending on whether you Indian or not, the indians(which they want to be called according to their radio station) have lots of oil money and the ones who aren't don't seem to not say much aside from "its different" and "I don't think I would want to live on it but it's not terrible"
The other closest ones one looks like a refugee camp, rows of the same somewhat poor looking houses in a row and the other, well you heard about dapl.
This I'm sure isn't going to do much besides stir the pot and be stuck in lawsuits for the next few years.
