I talked to coop chemical rep today and he said the state guy told him the only way he would come out to see if it was dicamba damage if the accuser promised a lawsuit. Then the accusers spraying record would be checked first to make sure everything was up to par. That makes sense because if it went to court and if the accused attorney could find one flaw in the accusers records the lawsuit would probably be thrown out of court. | |
