There are a few additives for engines that are not needed in the hydro circuits and will be fine. A lot of hydraulic systems specify SAE 30 oil as the fluid, most construction equipment runs engine oil in hydraulic systems so only one oil in needed for service. HyTran/HyGaurd have additives for wet clutches/brakes that are not needed in a combine.
