Southeast Washington | Not saying it's anyone's fault but my mother-in-law got sick in April and was afraid to go to the doctor because of all the covid warnings. She finally went early May and was diagnosed with cancer. She couldn't handle being in the hospital without being able to see family. She went home to hospice care. We had the funeral today. She complained very little and was happiest with family. Hope we can get our lives back to semi-normal.
Our daughter works in a nursing home and was exposed to a person testing positive for covid. We are mostly ready for harvest in a couple weeks but my brother wanted me to stay out of the shop until test results came back. Don't want to possibly infect the harvest crew. That would be a mess when you don't really have anybody extra to fill in for a month. Anyway giving me time to get things done on the farm away from the shop by myself. | |
