EC SoDak | You’re dealing with a small timeframe as it pertains to making a decision to plant. Suggesting something like mowing down crops or not harvesting would be like GM taking all their stock to the junk yard, that wouldn’t happen. So, if you’re realistic about it, it’s not all that easy. When other businesses are dealing with perishable inputs/items, they generally work through the stock, not toss it. If it’s something like a plastic widget, they can shut the line down. | |
