The sample situation seems to vary. For a time, if a load was "close" say 15.1, the sampler would take another sample and use the lower of the two. Now that sampler is gone and Covid is here meaning that the sampler walks out and grabs a quick sample as the corn is running out of the truck. That sample is the only chance you get.
