Vermont, IL | My 1025R is 5 years old but with its 60D deck it will mow at 3" at the highest setting. One of my few complaints with this tractor is that it doesn't have the clearance to mow higher. I think I read once upon a time that you don't want it to be set perfectly level, the front should be slightly lower than the rear by maybe an eighth inch or so. That way it reduces the power it takes. Just my recollection. | |
