Subject: RE: Integra planter rate control question

Central NE
The integra has a low and high percentage settings for each row. I set mine at 90 and 110%. It will give a short burst alarm sound from going 40-50k down to 16-20k and vice versa when the planter hits the prescription change. It does not bother me in the least. I kinda like it because before that, I was using the rawlson controller, which has a reostat dial to control the % population. I would use it to decrease or increase the population based on where I assumed the end gun reached. Turn it down for the dryland pivot corner, turn around and be half way back thru the field and say, damn, I forgot to turn it back up.
