E.Central MN | There are people that for whatever reason are very scatterbrained, unfortunately that's also the most likely reason they have children. One of my brother's bosses had to go home often because his wife would lock herself out of their house. One day he left his open briefcase on top of his car and drove several blocks before it dawned on him why paper was blowing off the roof of his car. It could just as easily have been a child in a car seat. The same guy flew out of town on a business trip and had to call someone to send him money because he had left his ID, wallet, checkbook, etc at home. Maybe new parents should be given some type of fitbit device that could be set to alert them if they were more than 20 feet from their child. | |
