Montana
I have some pivots, and lots of wheelines. Our dry corners aren't terrible because of terrain or farm boundaries. But as I drive around I'm noticing all the fields left to convert from wheeline to pivots are nice an square. Some of these guys who put pivots on square fields now spend all their time irrigating the corners perfectly with handpipe. Imo If your still gonna catch all the corners ya might as well just be moving a hose for a linear.
The only downside I see is if you have 2 linears next to each other, it seems to be a wide unplanted area for the hose to drag. They also don't seem to stop perfectly parallel to road or section lines.
