| I have a simple recipe that gets good reviews:
boiled potatoes, cut up in small cubes
boiled eggs, cut up in small cubes also, (I use a egg slicer to make the final slices, just make the length wise slices on two sides while in the slicer, then run the slicer wires through it)
Miracle Whip with a little milk mixed in to make it creamier
some yellow mustard, but not very much, start with a light amount or it may get to "mustardy" :)
some salt and pepper
I put a little paprika on top for color after putting it in the bowl.
That is it! Yummy!
Simple and not a lot of "stuff" it in. | |
