I was just told today nothing can be done before approval. So I'm SOL, my banker fronted the money to start construction and has since left the bank. Now I'm gonna end up with a term loan at whatever the bank rate is instead of the low fsa rate since he's not there to back me and say it was his fault. It is what it is but still sucks.
Correct, you can't move a shovel full of dirt until they approve it and you won't get a single dollar from them until the project is done and approved....... |
