Buy completing the form and submitting, under the terms of the form, one may have already entered into an agreement. So, if is not the intention to enter into an agreement, be careful about what is submitted.
I'm not saying that one should or should not enter the agreement- only that one should be careful about what is submitted unless certain about the desire to be bound by the terms.
To put it differently, we do not need to "sign" in the way we are traditionally accustomed (by a written signature) in order to enter into a binding agreement.

All there was on the login form was the name, address, dealer name, etc.
No vital private questions were ask......actually my dealer could have given them everything I did. |
