If you don’t sign, will they come and pull their seed out of your ground? Why would ‘all’ farmers need to sign, and if all farmers are required to sign, then it’s pretty much a done situation, no one has to sign as it just is.....
The licensing and agreements are becoming ridiculous. The deal mentioned elsewhere with JD going to a yearly subscription on all their activations....
I can see the appeal more and more of organic type operations, tho I believe most of their speed ends up highly regulated and licenses as well?

Couple of the food grade soybean varieties I have looked at required a tech agreement to be signed. Gotta maintain a paper trail on everything for the certification though. |
