I’d start shutting off or blocking lines( assuming you have a central distribution point that has several lines leaving it). That‘ll kinda indicated which direction to go.

blocking them all off will also let you isolate the problem to the pump or the distribution system.

bubbles in the water has me thinking that the pump is sucking air, which is probably a way more serious issue.
