SW WI | A lot of guys on here have seen good returns on fungicide. Can you break it into x amount of $ after cost of product and app? Or do you have solid trials of treated and untreated acres giving consistent increase in yield.
Over 10+ years ago I did my own trials. At that time on my land it was hit or miss if I was consistently bringing in more $ than just covering my costs. Ground rig applied so not always ideal timing ( co op applied). Had issues with running to much crop down in my 20” rows. Not flat and square fields here. But now in my area is more helicopter application and what I consider at a reasonable cost. $10 - $16 an acre. So I’m considering trying this again and while my results will vary from others, I’m just curious what others are seeing for a return. Thanks | |
