Southeast Ohio | I read in Neil Kinzes book that AMS applied at planting, the N becomes available 60 days later.
How much do you guys apply? Seems like if you applied much over 200 lbs/ ac the sulfur would become excessive for 200-275 bu corn?
I’d love to have a100 units of N from AMS ready to be utilized 60 day after planting, but would all that S hurt anything?
I’ve used very little AMS, so I’d love to hear how you guys use it in your program
