| Friend of mine tired a box of these South American beans sold by Burris. We looked at his field the other day. Very healthy looking plants, big leafs, lots of growth, closed the 15" rows sooner than some beans planted before them nearby. I've never really heard of them and I realize you can't predict yield in this stage in the game, but he told me they did well in some trials last year. Can anyone comment on their experience with these beans? Naturally one of my current bean dealers told me Don Mario's are a joke in the industry and they won't be around long. | |
