ha, ha. They told us that on the dicamba formulations as well. I've seen some very different evidence to your statement though. I would certainly agree the long term effects aren't as severe as dicamba, but I have definitely seen neighboring extend beans droop for a few days even when particle drift was not a factor. Managing bean herbicides is going to be a real mess for several years, you just can't retract this stuff and make it go away once it has been released. Get over 85 degrees and they are going to gas off, just the way it is, no matter how you package it and mark up the price with the new name.
