SW WI | You asked for opinions so that's what you are going to get LOL. To answer your question right away, I don't know if there would be much value in running something like Halex post if have a good rate of Dual and ATZ down early. Would probably be cheaper just to run Round up with a Group 27. I also would not work it in if I could help it.
Personally if you are wanting to run 1 pass post, I would look at Capreno. But it depends on how your retailer is going to price it. Bayer recommends .5 lbs of atrazine with it at a minimum, and then you can tank mix just about anything for other modes of action and/or added residual. The only reason I say this is because its only a 3 oz use rate, instead of 3.5 pints with Halex GT.
If you are 2 passing, then I like Verdict (Sharpen + Outlook) You will get great burn down with a so so residual but as long as you plan on following it up with something, even if it is another group 15, (Dual, Harness, etc.) then you will probably have pretty good luck. I will say this, I like verdict more in No-till than conventional tillage Especially if you aren't going to be one of the 1st out spraying. On top of that if you would decide to switch to beans at the last minute, after you sprayed, then it won't matter.
If that doesn't trip your trigger then I would go with a homemade HarnessXtra or something along those lines. Run a good rate pre and if you have to come back use Roundup and something like Generic Callisto (its pretty cheap now too).
I could ramble on all day about stuff like this.
