Lisbon, OH | I have an old 24' x 8' wide Gooseneck brand. It's about worn out, but I really like it. If I buy another, it will definitely be 8' wide. Cattle seem to stand and ride better for me than in a 7' wide. I think going to a 28' would be a good option. I would think about going with 3 cut gates. My current trailer has one gate 4' from the front, and the 2nd gate over the axles. This is nice to pen a couple calves in the front. But, it would be nice to have another cut along the way. | |
