Subject: RE: Eastern corn belt guys

SW Ohio
Been lucky here. One of the few that planted most of our corn and some beans in April. It looks fantastic. It will pollinate soon. We received rain last mon 1.6, .2 last tuesday and .9 today. I have pretty high expectations for it now.
The later planted corn keeps missing rains and is waste high. The upper ground needs an inch a week to not make 0. All averages out.
Being in the Ohio valley helps us get rainfall. 38 inches annually. 2012 and 1988 guys raised 125, still. Grateful for the gifts from above.
