| Can't tell from your pics, but guess you're blaming voles, but just asking, were there beans there to start with?
Are you sure it's not carryover from last year on perhaps spraying overlaps?
If it is voles, predators are your friend. For the most part, coyotes don't allow fox populations in rural areas, they kill them instead, so usually the only significant fox pops. are around and in towns, here anyway.
Hawks and owls help big time. Having some dead snag trees here and there give them hunting/resting perches to view out from. Putting up perches for them has been done by some.
Bobcats and feral cats help, although coyotes can be hard on feral cat pops. also, especially with a lack of surrounding escape cover.
High residue long term no-tiller here, and have never had significant vole damage, but also have good predator numbers, as the cams I have out now show daily.
