Increased testing definitely accounts for some of the rise in infections. No question at all about that. What it doesn't account for is a very sharp rise in hospitalizations in the bigger cities in the south and southwest. Again, the death rate in those areas has not risen dramatically so that pretty much tells you it is younger people getting infected.
