Subject: RE: indeterminate soybeans

Dills, FL
I had a few 4.9 indeterminates left in the planter last year planted a 3 acre patch in early July won't do it again didn't make the seed back. Mid group 7 or better yet group 8's do best 'here' for july. 30 years ago the guy I worked for had some Hartz 9000 indeterminates from south america did fairly well planted end of July double cropped after corn grew and were still adding beans to the plant when frost shut them down, about 40 " tall with irrigation they were. Indeterminates here are mostly April 16 to May 5 planting. Have no idea how the group 00's would do here or where you are this time of year.
