West Central Illinois | Crap, around here there's people selling that kind of hay for $75/ton and even lower in some cases. Best to hold onto it and let these people that want to do all that work and trouble to breakeven give their hay away and wait to sell it in the fall once the cheap hay is gone.
I sell a lot of square bales of grass hay and am having trouble selling fertilized orchardgrass mix at $4/bale even, looking on facebook there's fools out there selling square bales for $2/bale. Ridiculous. | |
