All drip tape is not the same.Emmitors are spaced different,flow rates are different.You should be able to drip even big trees.The time running will determine its affect.You will find way less weeds in non dripped areas.,less diseases if on say cucurbits or solanaceous crops.Your corn should rock.Forget the sand filter for one seasons use unless your water is poor quality with lots of turbidity.That tank should be just enough pressure if elevated about 4 ft above your garden,just run rows till tubes feel soft then cut back til they are near stiff,rotate accordingly.Let us know results
