| I am totally against forcing taxpayers to fund new stadiums, not only through local tax options but these 15 and 20 year property tax breaks to the owners. i feel that if you think your business (major league sports team) is doing well enough, the facilities are outdated and or unsafe, and the big one, you have the financial means, then by all means build the grandest stadium you can afford. But do not place the financial burden on everyday people who may or not be your biggest fans. | |
