North Central Illinois | I sometimes have a lot of mixed feelings about sports and the NAT response was predictable enough. The one thing most people overlook is the number of little people or everyday Joe’s that make a living in some fashion as a result of professional and amateur sports. The number of people employed indirectly by pro and amateur sports is staggering. Let that sink in and think about what that would do to unemployment in this country if it all went away or hit very hard times. | |
