southern MN | My understanding too, the three herbicides ave such different ways and speeds of acting, that they start canceling each other out. Roundup needs to slowly move through the plant, while 24D has plants wilting by the time you leave the field. Roundup won’t move through the plant well any more, but the 24d hurts the plant, doesn’t quite kill it.
And similar with the other combinations.
But 2 out of three of them seem to work really well anyhow, as they go after nearly everything and in different ways so everything gets whacked hard.
I’m not sure how all three together would add much, other than I understand an effort to get big resistant broadleaves and kill grass with one trip is likely the goal......
