We have a 220 CVT with pro700 and RTK. Pulling a 12/23 2140 bulk fill planter and guess rows 34-36” corn 17-18” beans, dealer has been fooling with for 2 weeks and no change, sometimes he’ll get 15” then goes out again. Talked with other farmers and have same issues, did we not buy sub inch accuracy? Are we missing something here? Anybody else have issues? Thanks.
I assume you've disconnected the planter and checked accuracy just using the tractor, right? If not, this is step 1. I suspect your variation is coming from the trailing planter and not from the tractor. Get the tractor dialed in first, then hook up the planter and check performance. Then tune as needed. |
