coast of Maine | It is very tough to say in the mixed produce world,some we lose some we gain most seasons.Been growing strawberries for 40 years....some years its a loser,this years first 3 weeks of them such a loser,next 90 days maybe better,cabbage pulled the bills out when out of storage in winter,that market is now toast,largest consumers of storage cabbage ,,Asian restaurants,,,we all know where thats gone...sweetcorn sold locally would be my best way back when it gave us traction. | |
