How much of that cadmium and other heavy metals are ending up in the food chain like meat. If a lot of pork, beef and chicken goes to China to get processed and sent back, how do we know if they don't swap out domestic produced polluted meat and send it back to the US and keep the good meat for themselves.

Which Specific pork & poultry products are from carcasses that are shipped to China, processed, and shipped back?

Lots and lots of BS out there.

Lots of BS indeed.

Very very little meat goes from the US to China to be processed and back to the US.

The little bit that does make that round trip is stuff that could hardly be considered meat when it comes back.
