Go to local truck shop and get some used rims. Take to welding shop with plasma cam and have them cut centers. Weld them in you will have 150 bucks apiece in them. If not too high speed you are set. If high speed they would have to cut centers in after being welded, so alot more money. I did some 24.5 myself and work great on a wagon so 40 mph. Free tires for ever.
