Im not saying that some dont act like that but if a cop hangs his badge out the window or says he's a cop, he is not respected by his peers. If you get recognized and a get a break, so be it. But if you think your job is going to get you out of a speeding ticket, times have changed.
You have to remember, there is over 800k cops in America. Its a low paying job in most cases that work bad hours. It doesnt take alot of education for most positions. To think there isnt going to be decent amount of turds hired with the turnover LE is experiencing is ignorant.
I have personally been in the vehicle when a flash of the deputy badge prevented a 35-over ticket from happening. Stop acting like it isn’t a massive good-old-boys-club.
