Here is a cover I used before.
12 lbs ARG
14 lbs barley
1.5 lb rapeseed
.5 enricher radish
Could add oats and take some barley off.
If in front of corn add
4-6 lbs of crimson clover
Vetch is another option, I've never used.
I have used winter peas before but not sure on lbs an acre. But I would add them in front of corn.
