I don't know why you guys put up with people like that. It doesn't do any good to call the sheriff or anyone else. All you have to do is put some grain with pieces of wire and broken glass in a trough on your property and let you neighbor know. You would be surprised how fast cowboys build fence. Colorado is open range, if my neighbors cattle get in my fields and destroy my crops, I can't do anything about it. If my neighbor's cattle get on my property and eat something that will harm them, there isn't anything they can do. That is the only thing I have found that will work. We are neighbors to the largest cattle ranch in the area and we don't have any problems with them. There is a difference from cattle getting out and people running them out.
