Southern MN | I had to laugh at one of the articles I read the interviewee said when all of his plans were implemented there would be no need for law enforcement in a few years. I was wondering what world he lived in.
I love this state but my grandpa always said the bottom 2 tiers of counties in MN should have been part of Iowa. Des Moines is getting loonier too but nothing like the goof balls in this state. My grandpa was right.
