Yes, there is a huge difference between a couple of drinks at the weekend with your mates/partner/whoever and out and out alcholism. I'mnot sure if any amount of tobacco consumption is good, but am willing to be educated.

You say about educated people and drinking. The big earners in the City Of London have to be very intelligent and there is a huge drinking culture there.

As a fairly decent club runner (I'm not at the moment), I really notice the difference a drink make to my running, but I've drunk way more with my running club than I ever did at agricultural college.
